Fabulous Fierce Friday ~ a good time to let go

As we are moving into the big solar eclipse, I thought I’d pull 3 cards today instead of one. I am looking at the 5 of Swords, the Star, and the reversed Ace of Cups.

Allow yourself to let go of clinging to the reliving of past emotions; explore where you are in the grand scheme of the universe; you may be resistant to this transformation and new beginning.

These cards taken together could be seen as pointing to loss – which does not have to be a negative thing.  Perhaps it is time to lose bad habits, low motivation, negative thoughts, poor health, false friends, spiritual blindness.

Spend some moments reflecting on what it is you would like to receive during this intense time-frame, and what you would like to release.

Good Morning, Monday! #63, Indi

Well my summer got away from me a little bit this past couple of weeks, but we are back on track today!

Today’s Marvelous Monday card is Indi, one of the ‘challenger’ faery in this oracle.  They challenge us to move past obstacles that have been blocking us.

Indi challenges us to stop being a victim of our own indecision and hesitancy to make commitments.  As we move into this week, let’s embrace making up our minds, choosing a deadline, and moving forward to completion of those commitments.

He of the Fiery Sword

#4 He of the Fiery Sword

action, will, movement, force, fire.  Active principle.

“a time to take action based on clear spiritual will. great strength & potential for good.”

Burst forth into your week, even if it requires determination – there is plenty of energy  available for us to move onto the next level.

Gratitude ~ #28, Gaia

As we consider where to focus our gratitude this week, the card I have pulled is #28, Gaia.

“The frequency of Gaia reminds us that we are infinitely connected to one another just as we are to our Great Mother, and to the Universe that birthed us all.”

What a lovely card for focusing gratitude!  The earth is not only our home but provides for all our needs.  Not only that, but through human ingenuity many of our wants are also provided.  Spend some time this next week (I know I will!) appreciating our earth – the land, the sky, the water, plants, animals, birds, fish, the microbes, our fellow humankind.  Even the darkness can be appreciated as it helps us confront those things we need for spiritual growth.
